About The Role
The Engineering Delivery Coordinator / Project Manager is a pivotal role that ensures the Cloud Operations and Engineering teams integrate smoothly with the rest of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management process management and execution
- Project establishment and monitoring
- Resource scheduling
- Work closely with the internal team and customer to manage project scope, deliverable and budgets
- Coordination of resources to make sure they are utilised effectively
- Internal and external communication of project progress
- Budgeting and Scheduling
- Process improvement – incremental (templates)
- Billing process management and execution
- Managed Service Change Requests
- Billing customers and related finance admin activities
- Reporting – Weekly input to Future Revenue Report
You will also be responsible for the Managed Services Operations
- Needs Discovery / SOW Creation process
- Customer on-boarding / off-boarding
- Delivery of BAU managed services activities inc. changes, modules etc
- Managed Services Customer Care (Monthly calls and reporting etc)
- Resource allocation, time-sheet management and leave coverage
About You
- Strong multi-tasking and an ability to work in a dynamic environment
- MSP Experience required
- Common sense and strong problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Experience delivering successful ICT projects
- Customer service experience – particularly by phone and email
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- A basic knowledge of Cloud Computing including the Amazon Web Services platform (bonus)
