This is a young start-up working in the Healthcare and Telehealth space that provide a range of integrated monitoring solutions for the home and beyond.
  
Due to continued growth there is an opportunity for an experienced Support Specialist to provide 2/3 level and applications support
  
Responsibilities  

  • The role will involve supporting a number of business applications, Google App’s, AWS admin and server administration.
  • Be the main local point of contact for all IT related issues
  • Provide software support for users’ applications
  • Setting up AWS logins and setting IAM permissions
  • Supporting the CRM including configuring Dashboards
  • Web Server Administration
  • Diagnosing, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems
  • Identifying the underlying root cause of incidents
  • Responding to queries; troubleshooting and resolving in a timely manner.  

Required Skills and experience

  • Experience in, AWS, G Suite, other cloud applications
  • A blend of applications and infrastructure support experience
  • Past experience working within a structured helpdesk system and infrastructure
  • A logical problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Working well in a team environment
