We’re partnering with a high-growth global direct-to-consumer brand to appoint a Head of Digital who will scale an already high-performing ecommerce engine into its next phase of growth.
This is not a “strategy only” role. We’re looking for someone who has operated inside large, high-transaction ecommerce businesses and understands what it takes to drive serious revenue through performance marketing, lifecycle marketing and conversion optimisation.
You will take ownership of the entire ecommerce P&L, driving revenue growth while maintaining strong efficiency across acquisition, retention and margin. The role combines commercial leadership with hands-on digital performance expertise, working closely with senior leadership to scale the digital business globally.
You will lead digital performance across Meta, TikTok and Google, optimise lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo, and continuously improve Shopify conversion, merchandising and onsite customer journeys to increase AOV, repeat purchase and LTV.
This role will strongly appeal to candidates who have built their careers in high-velocity ecommerce environments where scale, experimentation and data-driven growth are the norm.
Key areas of ownership
• Proven experience leading digital growth in high-transaction ecommerce or large DTC brands
• Deep hands-on experience managing paid media across Meta, TikTok and Google at scale
• Strong commercial ownership of ecommerce P&L, forecasting, margin and CAC management
• Experience optimising Shopify stores, conversion funnels and onsite merchandising
• Strong lifecycle marketing experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo
• Ability to lead teams and create a high-performance digital operating rhythm
